and share unforgettable moments beside our beautiful lagoon…

We are not restaurant but passionate oyster farmers.

This place is very dear because this is where our story began.

Indeed, our grandfather left the viticulture to begin in oyster farming with our Barthélémy’s cousins in the 60s.

When Eric Barthélémy quit his oyster business, we bought her farmhouse and oyster beds in order to keep our family memories.

In 2011, our tasting place of Special Tarbouriech oysters was born : Le St Barth’.

Besides mussels and oysters “solar”, we selected regional specialties like “Tielle Sétoise” and “tapenades”.

And of course some good regional wine bottles with these dishes.
